Water, Food & Nutrients -Determining what’s “enough” for you, ensuring you get optimum nutrition uptake with the right balance, source and timing.
Movement – Choosing the right way for you to move your body.
Mindfulness – putting into practice a purposeful way to approach your lifestyle that is beneficial for you.
These are all very important aspects of a healthy life. You will notice that much of leading a healthy lifestyle revolves around choice. You have options – it’s important to me that you learn what those options are and why they might be a good fit for you. Every “body” is different; and I use my access to a curated knowledge base to guide you towards learning how to make the right choices at the right time so you will get and stay in the zone that works for you.
With this Transformational Coaching method, we will work together to establish where you are versus where you want to be. We will talk about what that “Dream Island” looks like to you and condsider what you are willing to do to make it happen.
It takes work, determination and commitment to reach a goal – and I will curate the most impactful information, tools and resources to have at your disposal while you’re on this journey.
You might be training for a marathon, or just getting started, trying to figure out which exercises to do at the gym (or home.) I can help you determine the best course of action. Depending upon your experience I may refer you to a specialist or work with you to perfect your form and function.
