Weight loss and nutrition go hand-in-hand.  It’s very important to eat the right foods for your unique body type.  There are a lot of diets out there!  Many, if not all of the accepted diets are backed by science and will work…for certain people. But there are as many “Right” diets as there are people on the planet.  Everyone is different, and what works for me may not work for you, what works for your spouse might not work for you.  

If you are looking to lose a few pounds, I will help you set realistic goals, benchmarks and milestones.  I will use my training and experience to determine which foods work best with the type of metabolism you have.  This does take some trial and error but I can make it fun! 

If you are looking to just shape-up and tone-up, we will evaluate your current eating and movement habits to be sure you are optimizing your calorie intake and fat burning abilities, and we will improve up your foundation (or tweak your foundation if necessary) by experiementing with a few fun exercises, eating plans and journaling.

If you are interested in the nutrition side of things while you are on your journey I can provide you with documents to help you understand the science and refer you to resources for additional studies.

So, let’s be realistic – if you want to lose 15+ pounds, and learn how to keep it off it will take some time, commitment, and probably some sacrifices along the way.  It is for this reason I offer a complimentary one-hour Breakthrough session to ask you a series of questions that wil help me understand your level of commitment.

How it Works

The coaching process is simple.  We will meet weekly via phone or Zoom, where I will take you through experiential exercises, we will celebrate successes, and you will walk away with at least one, possibly a few “action steps” to put your new knowledge to work!

The transformational coaching sequence is based in science, and is not like WW or any other pre-planned menus. You won’t be counting points (unless you want to) and you will not starve.  You see, if this is to become lasting change that you will carry forward after our time together, I need to make it “LIFE-able” meaning you’re always going to have events, birthdays, and special occasions, and you’re not going to want to be the one who eats “special foods” or sits on the sidelines, unable to enjoy themselves.  There are tactics and techniques for these situations and we will address them so you will still be part of the family!

Finally, when you are about halfway through you will realize that you have adopted new, healthier habits – you’re on autopilot and there is still more to work on.  We make small changes along the way, to bring big results.

At the end of our time together, we will celebrate all your wins, see how far you’ve come and if you have other goals to work on, we can continue; or you can be on your way with great results and a newfound life!
